1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the WIN a $500 TicketMaster Gift Card Promotion (the 'Promotion') being promoted by Ovation Digital of 934 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

2. The conditions of entry to be eligible for the prize are that a person must register their details including full name, valid email, valid mobile and customer type via the following URL web form: www.ovationdigital.com/win. Limit one entry per person.

3. A winner will be drawn at random and awarded the prize of a US$500 TicketMaster Gift Card in the country and currency of choice as nominated by the winner. Where the gift card is not in the USA, a TicketMaster Gift Card in another country where TicketMaster offers gift cards will be provided to the winner to the equivalent value of US$500.

4. The promotion is open to entries from 12:01AM (Pacific Daylight Time) on 1 July 2019 through to 11:59PM (Pacific Daylight Time) on 30 June 2020. The draw will take place at 4:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time) 1 July 2020 and the winner will be notified by email and SMS.

5. By completing an entry form, the entrant agrees to be contacted by Ovation Digital via email and SMS. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time from email and/or SMS. Ovation Digital will not share any entrant information with any third parties.
